Politecnico, has always been committed to spreading the culture of sustainability and resource saving: from 5th to 9th February 2024, for the Green Food Week, our canteens will offer anti-waste recipes, green dishes made of legumes, seasonal vegetables or cereals and, on Thursday, the entire menu will be meatfree.
