THE REQUEST FOR FIRST SEMESTER MUST BE SENT BY THE END OF MAY; FOR THE SECOND SEMESTER, BY THE END OF NOVEMBER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong>&nbsp;Politecnico di Milano guarantees the utmost confidentiality in all these communications \u2013 which will be managed directly with the guest alone \u2013 in that they concern their medical status and the handling of the relevant documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assessment interview<br>Once they have received all the documentation, the Multichance Service will contact the applicant to set a date for an assessment interview and will forward the request for accommodation to the Housing &amp; Dining Unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Offer of accommodation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Housing &amp; Dining Unit will establish the accommodation setup that best suits the applicant\u2019s needs and will send them an offer of accommodation, including all the instructions needed to proceed with the booking and confirmation of the accommodation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
